If a common sample is needed, we shall not charge for the sample fee. But the delivery cost shall be paid by the client. If more than three individual samples are needed, the client needs to pay the sample fee. Besides, if the sample of new product is needed, the sample fee shall be paid. To avoid the waste of sample, if a client is not satisfied with the sample upon receipt, please return the sample and we shall also return the sample fee. But the delivery cost shall be paid by the client. We can post the returned sample to other company in need, which we hope can be understood by our client.

Yes. Making can be carried out according to the the client’s design, PANTONE color code or real sample.
Can sample be designed according to the client’s requirements? What is the cost and duration of designing sample?
We can design sample as per customer’s requirements. But we must make sure mass production shall be conducted for the product, and process that ensures the quality safety shall be employed. If we cannot meet the customer’s requirements, we shall communicate with him or her without delay, which is aimed at avoiding problem to the mass production.
Sample designing fee: spraying + silk screen = 500 Yuan (each)
Moulding + silk screen = roughly 1,000 Yuan (each)
Will the ordered quantity for the product be restricted? What is the MOQ?
Minimum order quantity: 5,000-10,000;
Different minimum quantity of order is required for different product. Maximum quantity of order is not required. We have an R&D Department and a Production Department. Therefore, we can supply whatever quantity you need.
How long will it take to deliver the ordered products?
Usually around 35 to 45 days

What if the goods missing during transportation?
After confirming, arrange production to make up the goods at once. The logistics company shall take related responsibility.
What is the mode of payment?
If printing is needed: 40% as deposit by T/T and the balance 60% paid on receipt copy of B/L;
If printing is not needed: 30% as deposit by T/T and the balance 70% paid on receipt copy of B/L;
Is it possible to make out an invoice?
We can make out a 17%’ value added tax invoice.

Can you keep confidentiality of the design provided by client?
Of course. We shall keep confidentiality of the logo of every client, and will by no means disclose it. This is both our responsibility and our obligation.
